With over 40 years of continuous service to the water, wastewater and transportation industries, TESCO’s factory-trained field services technicians have the knowledge and technical skill to troubleshoot and support a wide variety of control systems, controls, equipment, communications and PLCs – TESCO-supplied or not.
Our field support program is facilitated through all of our locations, providing prompt and expedited response throughout the United States. TESCO has offices in Sacramento, CA, Salinas, CA, Temecula, CA, Carson City, NV, and Baton Rouge, LA. Our offices and service centers are employed with a variety of disciplines including electrical engineers, communication engineers, software engineers, and sales representation to collaborate with field service engineers and service technicians – all focused on our regional customers and their unique needs.
Service personnel are available within 24 hours of request to assist in maintaining fully operational systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
